Clean room construction in San Francisco

Clean room build-outs priced and built to your design team’s specifications.

What you need

The job, from your side

A clean room is defined by the process it serves and the engineer’s design. Classification, air changes, materials and testing all come from that design.

You need a general contractor who builds to those documents exactly and coordinates the specialty trades the design calls for.

CWI lists clean room construction among its commercial services. Ask us about relevant past work when you send the space.

What CWI handles

Our part

  • Reviewing your drawings and specifications before pricing
  • Building to the materials and details the design specifies
  • Coordinating the mechanical and specialty trades
  • One point of contact from bid to closeout
  • A clean, controlled site

Before we bid

Questions we’ll ask

  1. What does the design call for? Classification and the standard it is designed to.
  2. Are there drawings and specifications? And who is the engineer of record?
  3. Is the facility operating? Work next to live operations changes the plan.
  4. Who certifies the room? Testing and certification requirements at turnover.
  5. When does it need to be running? The schedule works back from it.

Have the answers handy? Put them in the bid request and we’ll come to the walk-through ready.
