An experienced general contractor
CWI Construction is an experienced general contractor with 25 years in the business. Mark Wynn, CEO, is a licensed general contractor with a design degree. Mark went into business to offer quality craftsmanship with integrity.
CWI has completed more than 100 projects. We maintain our professionalism through our attire, punctuality and conduct, and Mark’s construction experience shows in a clean, safe site on every project.
Our clients benefit from that experience, with peace of mind and a well-kept work site throughout construction. Efficiency in our daily production lets quality craftsmanship come through. That standard of operation is the reason CWI was founded. We are devoted to operating ethically in all we do. We begin with the end in mind: from the office to the field, we care about the client, the project, the obstacles and our employees.
Commercial, tenant improvement and residential work
For commercial clients, we work the hours that best suit your business and keep the site clean throughout the project. Mark has the knowledge and experience to work closely with architects, engineers and city officials to keep your project moving.
CWI maintains all licensing and insurance, and we require the same of our subcontractors.
For residential clients, whether you are home all day, retired or working full time away from home, our goal is to be considerate of your home and make the project go as smoothly as possible. We do our best to accommodate every circumstance.
