ADA upgrades in San Francisco

Accessible restrooms and related upgrades, as part of a tenant improvement or on their own.

What you need

The job, from your side

Accessibility work comes up two ways: inside a larger tenant improvement, or on its own after an inspection, a CASp report or a tenant request.

Either way the work has to be built to the drawings and current code, with as little disruption to the building as possible.

What CWI handles

Our part

  • ADA-compliant restrooms
  • Related accessibility upgrades shown on your drawings or report
  • Code-compliant construction, coordinated with the city and inspectors
  • Work scheduled around the building’s hours of operation
  • One point of contact from bid to closeout

Before we bid

Questions we’ll ask

  1. Is there a CASp report or drawings? The scope comes from those documents.
  2. Is this part of a larger TI? Or a stand-alone upgrade?
  3. Is the space occupied? We plan the work hours around it.
  4. Is there a deadline? From an inspection, a tenant or the lease.

Have the answers handy? Put them in the bid request and we’ll come to the walk-through ready.

Our work

Commercial and residential jobs CWI has built, each with its real location.

Have a suite coming vacant?

Send us the space and the lease date. We’ll walk it and bid it.
