What we collect

When you send the bid request form, we receive what you type in:

• Your name, phone number and email (required)
• The project type (required): a commercial or tenant-improvement type, or a residential type such as a kitchen, bathroom, whole-home or deck project
• Your company, the project address, the approximate square feet and any lease or move-in date (optional)
• Your scope notes and how you heard about CWI (optional)
• Whether you’d like us to send our capability statement (an optional checkbox)

The form also has a hidden field that catches spam robots. People don’t see it or fill it in.

When you call, text or email us, we receive what you choose to tell us.

Like any website, this one is delivered by a web host. The host processes standard technical information, such as your IP address, your browser and device type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request, prepare a bid, send our capability statement if you ask for it, and keep normal business records. We don’t sell it, and we don’t share it for marketing.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run this site for us: our website host and email provider. They handle your information only to run the site and get your request to us.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. It has no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it loads nothing from other companies’ servers: its fonts, scripts and images all come from this site.

No other company can use this site to collect information about your online activity over time or across other websites. The site has no third-party trackers that could do so.

Do Not Track

The site doesn’t track visitors across sites, so it doesn’t change its behaviour for Do Not Track signals; there is nothing to turn off.

How long we keep it

We keep what you send only as long as needed to respond, prepare a bid and keep normal business records.
